Sachendi, Distt. Paschimi (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar). 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them.
