Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 22.02.2025 being Case Crime no.67 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC & Section 12 Passport Authority Act, P.S.
