The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 13.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0485 of 2024, under Section 352, 351(2), 351(3) BNS 2023 and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
