Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 22.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.03 of 2025 under Sections 85, 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Kaushambi and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, submits that in the aforesaid case crime, against petitioner no.1, 2, 5 and 6 chargesheet has already been forwarded to the Competent Court. So far as petitioner no.3, 4, 7 and 8 are concerned, during investigation they have been exonerated from all the charges, therefore, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
