We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure impartial and fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 10.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0121 of 2024 under Section 85, 80(2), BNS 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Ayana, District Auraiya, once it is admitted that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction as has been prayed for. 3.
