The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.46 of 2025 under Sections 319(2) BNS 2023 and Section 11(1)(3), 13(5) of the U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Ordinance 2024 at Police Station Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned AGA opposed the prayer for quashing of the FIR, which discloses cognizable offence. 4.
