Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A-I, for the State respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing the impugned FIR dated 01.5.2024 registered as Case Crime No.14 of 2024 under Sections 419, 420 of I.P.C and Sections 66-C, 66-D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Azamgarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR has been lodged on false and mischievous allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioners. 4. Shri G.P.
