The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0060 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 351(2) B.N.S., P.S. Kadri Gate, District- Fatehgarh and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that both the petitioners are major. They had solemnised marriage on 18.03.2025 with their own free will and petitioner no. 1 is living happily with the petitioner 2 as his wife.
