The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0083 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Malwan, District- Fatehpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that both the petitioners are major. They had solemnised marriage with their own free will and petitioner no. 2 is living happily with the petitioner 1 as his wife. It is submitted that no offences are made out against the petitioner as the petitioner no. 2 is a major girl.
