This writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus directing the second respondent i.e. Superintendent of Police, Firozabad not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of Case Crime No. 203 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Matsena, District Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but in guise of investigation, unnecessarily petitioner who is law abiding citizen, is being harassed and victimised. In this backdrop, he has confined his prayer that the leave may be accorded to represent the Superintendent of Police, Firozabad. 4.
