The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0095 of 2025 under Section 87 of B.N.S. at Police Station Mariyahun, District Jaunpur and with a further prayer not to take any coercive action against the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. The informant, mother ofpetitioner no.1, alleged in the impugned FIR that on 18.03.2025 at around 12:00 PM, her daughter went to a nearby market but did not return home. Upon checking CCTV footage, it was found that she was seen with petitioner no. 2 in a car. The informant claimed that petitioner nos. 2 to 5, including Amit’s relatives, conspired to kidnap her daughter, as her marriage was fixed for 01.05
