This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(1) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari and quashing the impugned First Information Report of Case Crime no.- 93 of 2025 dated 28-2-25, U/S 105 B.N.S. registered at Police Station Karhal District Mainpuri (Annexure no.-1) to this writ petition. ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the police of Police Station Karhal District Mainpuri not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report of Case Crime no.- 93 of 2025 dated 28-2-25, U/S 105 B.N.S. registered at Police Station Karhal District Mainpuri." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR has been lodged on false/vexatious/mischievous allegations and no offences a
