This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in first information report dated 16.11.2024 in Case Crime No. 0677 of 2024 under section 103 (1), 61 (2) B.N.S., Police Station-Meerganj, District - Bareilly. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent Nos. 4 to 10, so that they may stop threatening the complainant.
