The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 01.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No.01 of 2023 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station Shaktinagar, District Sonbhadra. 3. Learned A.G.A.-I submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been forwarded to the competent court on 09.07.2023 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
