Kotwali Nagar, District Etah, once it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction as has been prayed for. 3.
