Control of Gundas Act 1970, Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner apprised to the Court that the petitioner has already submitted objection/reply to the impugned notice dated 28.11.2024. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose off this writ petition with the direction that in case any such objection is already filed, the authority concerned shall decide the objections in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of a copy of this order along with copy of
