The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 06.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.72 of 2025 under Section 115(2), 310(1), 333, 352 BNS, Police Station Bilhaur, District West (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar). 3. Learned A.G.A.-I submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been forwarded to the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
