The petitioner has approached this Court for following relief:- "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to execute/ enforce orders of NBW and process of section 82 of CrPC in view of order dated 18.04.2024 and Notice/ order dated 24.02.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahoba against the accused/ respondent no.4 in Complaint Case No.2459 of 2023 under Sections 376 IPC relating to Police Station Charkhari Distt. Mahoba." 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions, states that cause for filing the writ petition no more survives as the accused has already been arrested and as such she is not inclined to
