Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 27.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0073 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 111 of BNS, P.S. Jasrana, District Firozabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that it is open to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law
