Bhukura, District Ghazipur.316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 111 of BNS, P.S. Jasrana, District Firozabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that it is open to the petitioner to avail
