The relief sought in this petition is for quashing the F.I.R. dated 25.07.2024 registered as Case Crime No.404 of 2024 under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 2. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A.-I states that during the investigation, the complicity of the first petitioner was found and accordingly, the police report/charge sheet was forwarded against him on 09.03.2025. So far as the second petitioner is concerned, his complicity was not found during the investigation and accordingly, he was exonerated. 3.
