The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent no.2 and 3 for fair and proper investigation, within fixed time period in Case Crime No. 04 of 2020, under Section 363, 366 I.P.C., P..S. Airawa Katara, District Auraiya." 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that initially in the aforesaid case crime number final report has been submitted and thereafter, the same has been reiterated by the authority, as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
