The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 to conclude the fair and speedy investigation, in Case Crime No. 40 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 115(2), 333, 352, 352(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Chharra, District Aligarh." 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that in the aforesaid case crime number, charge-sheet has already been forwarded to the competent court on 08.03.2025. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
