The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 19.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0057 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 74, 325(2), 333 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Mau, District Mau. 3. Learned AGA at the very outset submits that the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as the charge- sheet has already been filed in the instant matter. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive after filing of the charge-sheet, hence the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail or
