Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 04.02.2025 being Case Crime No.49 of 2025 under Section 85, 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Bhojpur, District Moradabad. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present matter relates to matrimonial dispute and the parties have settled their dispute out of the Court on 25.03.2025 and both the parties have decided to withdraw the present criminal proceedings initiated against each other, therefore, the first information report is liable to be quashe
