In pith and substance, the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to respondent authorities to take necessary action upon application of the petitioner in accordance with State Government Order dated 19.06.2017. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2-Police Commissioner, Prayagraj to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stakeholders in the matter specially respondent nos.5 to 10.
