At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 04.02.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
