The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 10.11.2024 being Case Crime No.0239 of 2024 under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 333, 109, 115 (2), 352 BNS, P.S. Pailani, Distt. Banda. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that during investigation final report has been submitted against petitioner no.1 and chargesheet has been submitted against rest of the petitioners on 22.03.2025. He has also stated that Sections 109 BNS has been deleted. 4. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is consigned to records. (Prashant Kumar,J.)
