The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 29.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.380 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 89 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. - Jalaun, District- Jalaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that during the course of investigation, complicity of the petitioner Nos.1 & 2 has been found and accordingly, the charge-sheet against them had been forwarded to the competent Court and so far as the petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are concerned, no complicity has been found against them and accordingly, they were exonerated. 4.
