The whole prosecution story is totally false and frivolous and the petitioners have been falsely implicated with ulterior motive and mala-fide intention. The impugned First Information Report is being challenged precisely on the ground that informant is inimical with petitioners on account of old enmity of murder of grandfather of the petitioner No.1. He further submits that no alleged occurrence of incident has been taken place and petitioners have never participated in any manner in the alleged offence.
