The present writ petition is preferred inter-alia with following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not harass petitioners in any manner without due course of law in respect of the first information reports lodged by the complainants against the brother of petitioners namely Shabab Husain as the petitioners have no concerned with his brother Shabab Husain. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not harass the petitioners in pursuance to the notice under Section 94 BNSS dated 05.03.2025, which pasted by respondent no.3 upon the residential house of the petitioners." 3.
