Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.618 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed detailed instructions sent by In-charge, P.S. Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur dated 08.04.2025. He states that as cause of action arose at Chandni Bagh, Panipat, Haryana, accordingly all the documents were sent on 11.04.2018 to the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, Haryana for ensuring investigation in the matter and at this stage, no cause of action survives at P.S.
