Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the FIR dated 13.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0481 of 2024 under Sections 115 (2), 132, 324 (2), 351 (3), 352 BNS, Section 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Rasulabad, Distt. Kanpur Nagar, but when the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v.
