Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 10.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0517 of 2024 under Sections 87, 137(2) BNS 2023, P.S. Ramgarh Taal, District Gorakhpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned State Law Officer, on the instructions, submits that in the aforesaid case crime, against petitioner no.1 chargesheet has already been forwarded to the Competent Court. So far as petitioners no.2 and 3 are concerned, during investigation they have been exonerated from all the charges, therefore, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 5.
