Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner prefers fresh representation ventilating her grievances before respondent no.2-Superintendent of Police, Amroha within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
