The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0182 of 2025 under Section 86 BNS, P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Mathura and for a direction to the respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. The petitioner as well as the victim are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple.
