The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 15.02.2025 being Case Crime No.29 of 2025 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Mau, Distt. Chitrakoot and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3.
