The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned order dated 21.02.2025 passed by respondent no.2-Addl. District magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Distt. Mainpuri in Case No.1591 of 2022 (State v. Babloo) under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Control of Gundas Act, 1970. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has raised preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that against the order impugned the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to file appeal.
