This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 14.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0172 of 2025, u/s 318(4), 316(2) & 351(3) B.N.S., P.S. Nandgram, Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The aforesaid relief is opposed by the learned A.G.A. on the ground that the present writ petition has been filed with concealment of material facts. A categorical averment has been made in the petition that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents, whereas, in fact, the petitioner has a long criminal history.
