The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 28.08.2018 being Case Crime No.872 of 2018 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Majhola, Distt. Moradabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even though the petitioner has earlier preferred Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1050 of 2025 (Shishupal Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.) but since there was certain discrepancy in the previous writ petition, the same was got dismissed vide order dated 21.01.2025.
