The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 25.03.2025 being Case Crime No.227 of 2025 under Sections 316 (2), 318 (4) BNS, P.S. Banna Devi, Distt. Aligarh and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has raised objection qua the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction with concealment of material fact.
