Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 19.03.2025 being Case Crime No.0036 of 2025 under Section 137 (2) BNS and 3 (2) (va) SC/ST Act, P.S. Nautanwa, Distt. Maharajganj and for a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as cognizable offence is made out and the minor has not been recovered till date, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, he states that liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4. In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed lea
