Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 08.03.2025, registered as case crime no.23 of 2025, under sections 85, 115(2) 351(3), 352, 74 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Aligarh need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet against petitioner nos. 1 to 3 by deleting section 74 BNS. Insofar as the petitioner no.4 is concerned, he has been exonerated during investigation. 3 Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
