Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 03.04.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
