The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash impugned First Information Report dated 17.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0077 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S.2023, P.S. Bilsi, District-Budaun and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made categorical statement that date of birth of petitioner no.1 is 10.02.2005 and date of birth of petitioner no.2 is 01.01.2004 and as such, both the petitioners are major.
