Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Learned A.G.A. states that the complicity of the petitioner nos.2 to 7 was not found during investigation, and they have been exonerated. 3. As far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, the prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 14-07- 2024, in respect of petitioner no. 1, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by the learned A.G.A. that the investigation has already been concluded with the submission of the charge sheet, which is otherwise not under challenge. 4. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge sheet qua petitioner no. 1 before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
