The instant writ petition has been filed seeking direction to Central Bureau of Investigation(C.B.I.)/C.B.C.I.D. to conduct proper impartial investigation in Case Crime No.68 of 2024 under Section 304-B, 120-B, 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Dadri, District-Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter initially final report was submitted on 19.03.2024 after completion of investigation. He next submitted that when the concerned court below called for the final report then on 07.06.2024, the concerned A.C.P. sent a report that investigation in the case is again in process.
