This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the respondent no. 1 and 2 to conduct fair and proper investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 78 of 2025, u/S 131, 109, 61(2) B.N.S., P.S. - Shahjanva, District- Gorakhpur dated- 11.2.2025 in accordance with law within stipulated time." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be got examined by the second respondent, at the first instance. 5. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur/respondent no. 1 highlight
