The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 08.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 009 of 2025, under Sections 333, 74, 115(2), 351(2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Konch, District Konch. 2. At the very outset, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I apprised that cause for filing the writ petition no more survives as in the instant case crime investigation has been concluded, whereby the first petition has been exonerated and the charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court qua the second petitioner. 3. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
