Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 10.01.2025 registered as Case Crime no.05/2025, under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2) BNS 2023, Police Station- Kotwali City, District Mirzapur. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with leave to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have not objected the said prayer and placed the order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.4982/2025
